




**Job Objective** Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and guaranteeing proper post-sale follow-up. **Main Responsibilities** * Capture and manage leads generated by marketing, referrals, or other sources. * Deliver presentations and make customized commercial proposals according to customer needs. * Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts. * Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proposal feasibility. * Maintain smooth communication with customers throughout the entire process. * Conduct post-sale follow-up to measure satisfaction and promote customer loyalty. * Report sales results and metrics to management. **Required Profile** * **Education**: Completed secondary school. * **Experience**: 1 year in service sales, preferably in construction, architecture, design, integrated projects, or related fields. * **Skills**: Proficiency in Excel is essential. * **Preferred age**: Up to 35 years old. * **Competencies**: * Effective communication and persuasion * Results orientation * Negotiation and closing skills * CRM and digital tools proficiency * Proactivity and autonomy **Conditions** \*Company (SME) \*Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 12pm Salary: S/1,200.00 Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Work location: On-site
