




We are currently looking for a **SECURITIES ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT** for our San Borja office. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in **Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields**. * **1 to 2 years of experience** in similar positions (securities custody, financial document administration, treasury, or banking back office). * Experience in **inventory, registration, and control of financial documents** (forms, promissory notes, bills of exchange, orders, invoices, etc.). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inventory and digitization of department documents: forms, orders, bills of exchange, promissory notes, among others. * Receipt and entry of securities into the internal system. * Registration, annotation, and redemption of invoices in Factrack and Intranet. * Follow-up on discount operations. * Sending documentation to various securities custodians. * Prepare securities reconciliation reports. * Other duties inherent to the position. * Additional instructions from immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * Official payroll from day one. * Positive work environment.
