**Company Description** A housing construction company, single-family and multi-family projects, is seeking. **Job Description** As a Site Engineer at GRUPO ELITES/CONSTRUCCIÓN \& SERVICIOS INMOBILIARIOS, you will be responsible for supervising our residential expansion project, covering an area of 120m², ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The project is nearing completion of the rough-in phase and will soon begin the finishing phase. Your daily tasks will include resource management, on-site supervision of personnel, 6 workers, and ensuring adherence to the project schedule. This is a temporary contract for an on-site position located in San Isidro. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Architect with at least 6 months of experience since registration. * Knowledge of municipal documentation procedures for changing site supervisors (desirable). * Proactive attitude, positive leadership, firm character, and excellent ability to effectively supervise construction projects and manage personnel. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. * Ability to coordinate with various teams and suppliers to ensure proper project progress. * Additional skills such as communication abilities, leadership, and problem-solving focus will be highly valued. **Notes** * Contract duration is two months (extendable). * The project does not require weekly valuations; only a weekly progress report must be submitted, and daily executed quantities must be recorded in the site logbook.
