**Job Title:** Store Manager **Area:** Commercial / Sales **Modality:** In-person **Location:** Villa El Salvador **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise the store's daily activities. * Lead, motivate, and evaluate the sales advisory team, ensuring achievement of individual and collective sales targets. * Control and manage branch inventory, coordinating restocking and verifying the proper condition of products on the sales floor and in storage. * Ensure appropriate furniture display on the sales floor, applying visual merchandising principles that support sales. * Directly attend to key customers, efficiently and courteously resolving inquiries, complaints, or claims. * Supervise cash register opening and closing, control of sales documents, revenue reconciliation, and submission of daily financial reports. * Execute and follow up on sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities in coordination with management. * Prepare periodic reports on sales, profitability, market behavior, and staff performance. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, customer service policies, safety standards, and work rules. * Maintain the store in optimal conditions of order, cleanliness, and product presentation. **Desirable Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (8th semester onward for **university**, 4th semester onward for **institute**) * Intermediate level in Office (Word, Excel, etc.), desirable experience with POS or ERP systems. * Results-oriented, leadership skills, negotiation ability, and problem-solving capacity. * Availability to work full-time at the store with retail hours. **Benefits:** * Fixed monthly salary (paid biweekly). * Payroll * Internship agreement (if required) * Constant training in products, sales techniques, and digital tools.
