**THIS FRIDAY MORNING** **ASU**, specialists in maki, poke and fusion cuisine, is looking for the best talent to fill the position of **kitchen manager** at its **Miraflores** location. **Schedule: 10:30 \- 12 am (Midday)** **Address: Calle Juan Fanning 403** **Benefits:** * **Salary from S/ 2,300 to S/ 2,600** * Meals covered at **100%** * Payroll under MYPE regime (all statutory benefits at 50%) * **Excellent work environment** **Rotating schedules:** * Monday to Sunday: 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Rotating day off: 2 days per week. **Ideal profile:** * **Minimum 5 years of experience as kitchen manager.** * **Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.** * **Availability to work rotating shifts.** * **Academic background in gastronomy, culinary arts or related fields.** * Reside in districts adjacent to Miraflores. * **Be proactive, responsible and able to work in a team.** **Responsibilities:** * Overall kitchen organization. * Preparation and supervision of Nikkei dishes, pokes, rolls, cones and tacos. * Recipe development and improvement. * Planning requirements (Quantity of ingredients). * Kitchen administrative management. * Team training. * Quality control.
