We are looking for a creative, analytical, and organized individual with extensive knowledge in interior design, corporate furniture, and implementation of functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, capable of leading the process from design conception to final execution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop architectural and interior design for coworking, office, or similar projects. * Propose creative, functional, and optimized solutions for shared workspaces. * Prepare drawings, renders, and technical specifications for the project. * Coordinate comprehensive implementation by managing suppliers, contractors, and technical specialists. * Supervise project execution and progress, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Select materials, furniture, and finishes consistent with brand identity and space usage. * Present progress updates and proposals to management team. * Identify specialist suppliers and optimize project efficiency. **Requirements:** * Architect with at least 1 year of proven experience in coworking, office, or corporate space projects. * Experience in interior design, furniture, and project implementation. * Ability to manage suppliers, contractors, and specialists. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or other design and visualization tools. * Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and construction management. * Availability for project-based and fee-for-service work. * Verifiable portfolio with similar projects (mandatory). **Benefits:** * Project-based work with flexible hours. * Payments in stages according to deliverables. * Potential continuation in future projects. * Work certification. * Collaborative and creative environment. * 100% in-person availability required.
