**. Position:** Assistant to Resident and Quality **2\. Area:** Production / Site Supervision / Quality Control **3\. Immediate Supervisor:** Site Resident **4\. Job Objective:** Provide technical, operational, and documentation support to the site resident in planning, execution, and monitoring of works, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project deadlines. **5\. Main Responsibilities:** **Support to Site Resident:** * Assist in daily supervision of work fronts. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and schedules. * Support preparation of quantity surveys, valuations, and daily progress reports. * Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Participate in weekly coordination meetings and record agreements. **Quality Management:** * Assist in implementing the Quality Management System on site. * Conduct quality inspections during construction processes and record evidence. * Control and archive quality control documents (test results, certificates, technical sheets). * Prepare non-conformance reports and follow up on corrective actions. * Coordinate with laboratory and HSE department to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. **6\. Minimum Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in civil works or similar projects. * **Knowledge:** * Reading and interpretation of drawings. * Quality control of materials and construction processes. * Peruvian technical standards (NTP, E070, E090, etc.). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and construction management software. * Basic knowledge of HSE. **7\.
