Currently, we are looking for a **BILLING AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT.** **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of the General Regulations for Payment Vouchers. * Intermediate level Excel skills. * Familiarity with accounting software. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions. **Responsibilities:** * Issue payment vouchers to clients and sales receipts for employee discounts, re-invoicing, penalties, interest, or other applicable charges. * Manage the delivery of payment vouchers to clients. * Prepare weekly billing reports for fixed services. * Monitor daily fuel card top-ups requested and approved. * Inform each project manager about the status of clients with overdue debts. * Handle client collections. * Report weekly collection status to the Treasury Manager. * Validate on the SUNAT portal service fee receipts regarding exemptions and reversals for reporting and forwarding to supervisors. * Send weekly electronic withholding vouchers to SUNAT, including submission and payment of the PDT Withholdings form. **Benefits:** * Full benefits from day one. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Learning opportunities. ***If you are interested and meet the requirements, please send your updated CV to: 970 180 654 or to the email rrhh@telrad.pe*** ***IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED!*** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
