HIRING FOR STARTING OR INCREASING ACTIVITY. REQUIREMENTS: Age between 21 and 70 years old. Minimum 6 months of experience handling clients in the field and/or intangible sales (preferably in the banking sector). Basic user-level Office skills. Students in related fields (Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc.) or completed technical/university studies. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. (With personal time management) RESPONSIBILITIES: Client acquisition for SME loan placements (field-based management). Make phone calls to pre-qualified clients (office-based management). Update client visit reports during prospecting activities. Actively participate in follow-up meetings. Work as a team to achieve established goals.
