




A Chilean Factoring company is looking for a customer service executive, according to the following profile: POSITION OBJECTIVE: · Confirm invoices daily via phone and email, following parameterized objectives with measurable targets to achieve results. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Search for contact information in internal and external databases. * Contact recipients of invoices assigned to Chita by email and phone. * Record all invoice-related activities in Chita's web system. * Report any irregularities during the invoice confirmation process to the risk department. * Complete and submit Chita's registration forms when requested. REQUIREMENTS: . Availability to work on-site in the district of SURCO - hybrid mode. .
