**Hi Publicidad**, a company specialized in the manufacturing of illuminated signs, with 6 years in the market, is looking for a Logistics Assistant. **Objective**: Provide efficient operational support to the Operations Coordinator, assisting in procurement execution, installation coordination, and movement of the finishing team, ensuring that projects are executed within established timelines and quality standards. **Main Functions:** * Assist in purchasing and material supply management. * Monitor installers and finishers to ensure schedule compliance. * Coordinate and organize installation personnel movements according to priorities and routes. * Report any deviations or delays in the field to the Operations Coordinator. * Prepare basic progress reports on ongoing jobs. * Supervise correct loading of materials onto installation vehicles. * Verify that each installation has all necessary components before departure. * Handle daily operational emergencies or requirements. * Occasionally assist in basic installation, cutting, or transportation tasks (if needed). * Ensure organization and basic maintenance of work tools. **Profile Requirements:** Completed secondary education or incomplete technical studies (preferably in logistics, maintenance, or related fields) **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year as an operator or assistant in advertising, logistics, production, or technical installation companies. * Knowledge and skills: * Basic knowledge of advertising materials (vinyl, acrylic, MDF, structures). * Good handling of routes, timing, and personnel organization. * Ability to follow up and complete assigned tasks. * Desirable: ability to drive (not mandatory). **Benefits:** * Career path within the operations area. * Constant training on internal processes. * Positive work environment and team support. * Participation in integration workshops and activities. * Performance recognition.
