Peruvian company dedicated to the production and export of citrus and avocados, is currently seeking a marketing intern with the following profile: Requirements: * Recently graduated in marketing, communications, or related fields. * Proficiency in social media and knowledge of digital tools. * Skills in corporate writing and communication. * Interest in the agricultural sector. Responsibilities: * Participate in the development of digital campaigns, highlighting product quality and the nature of the business. * Create designs and/or content for social media. * Monitor engagement and generate basic metric reports. * Collaborate in creating visual content (photos, short videos, digital flyers). * Assist in drafting press releases, internal bulletins, and informational posters. * Propose activities or internal campaigns to strengthen organizational culture and employee pride. * Coordinate with Human Resources to communicate key messages to field and administrative staff.
