We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and eager-to-learn **bakery apprentices** in a warm and collaborative environment. **Main responsibilities:** * Preparing ingredients and materials for production and decoration of baked goods. * Coating and decorating cakes, nougats, and assembling basic desserts. * Preparing pie bases, compotes, creams, coulis, frostings, and mousses. * Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment. * Packaging, labeling, and recording production according to the required format. * Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements:** * Currently **studying Bakery, Pastry, or Culinary Arts.** * Possess **basic knowledge of dessert preparation techniques.** * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn. * **Availability to complete internships at our Miraflores workshop.** **Conditions:** * **Daily duration:** 5 hours of practice. * Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm * **Compensation:** S/ 30.00 per practice day. * An internship certificate will be provided. * Excellent work and learning environment. * Opportunity to develop skills in artisanal bakery production and decoration.
