REQUIREMENTS \- Completed studies in Gastronomy or Cooking (not essential) \- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the position or related fields (must have work certificate) \- Valid Lima Metropolitan Health Card (possibility to process it) \- Availability to work in La Molina. \- Availability to work in rotating shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen area \- Assist and support the head chef \- Request raw materials and supplies needed for scheduled production \- Monitor food preparation process \- Prepare dishes according to recipe book.
