**SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, performing cleaning tasks as well as organizing tools, equipment, supplies, among others. * Weigh raw materials according to production needs and work orders. * Participate directly in the production process. * Operate any of the production machines, either from the Rubber line, Masterbatch, Evatec, Pigments, and/or Ecotec (Injection machine, Kneader, Extruder, Bag machine, Pelletizer, Eva, Masterbatch, Rubber and color mill, color mixing kettles, paste mill, wax masterbatch machine, among others). Verify initial operating conditions of the machines. * Carry out the necessary productive activities for the preparation of compounds, masterbatches, and pastes. * Meet delivery deadlines, as well as quantity and quality requirements of the products manufactured. * Receive, verify, store, and organize raw materials and finished products. * Prepare goods for dispatch to customers. **EDUCATION** * Completed secondary education and/or technical studies preferred. * Ability to identify and solve problems related to color production (powder, paste, or MB). * Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations. **CONDITIONS:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:45 a.m. to 06:06 p.m. * Fixed-term contract. * Bonuses. * Pleasant working environment.
