




**Position:** Call Center Representative – E\-commerce (On\-site) **Location:** Santa Anita and surrounding areas (Lima) **Employment Type:** **Services / Honorarium Receipts (no formal employment contract)** **Compensation:** **Net S/1100** (payment without deductions). **Benefits:** **Does not include** bonuses, CTS, paid vacations, or other formal employment benefits. **Schedule:** Monday\-Sunday with **one rotating day off** (Saturday or Sunday). **Responsibilities:** * Making and receiving calls, handling **WhatsApp Business**, and recording data in CRM/Excel. * Order registration, follow\-up, and rescheduling of calls. * Closing sales when applicable and referring incidents. **Requirements:** * **No experience required** (we will train you). * Good communication skills and basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel. * **On\-site availability** in Santa Anita and surrounding areas. * Must be **over 18 years old**. **We Offer:** * **Net S/1100** (without deductions). * Initial training and ongoing support. * Opportunity for **performance\-based bonuses**.
