Monthly rotating schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 14:00 – 12:00 a.m., and the following month from 08:00 to 16:00 **Modality:** In-person Salary: S/ 1700 + tips **Responsibilities:** * Assist the Chef and organize the preparation of various pastry products according to different recipes accurately. * Keep the pastry area and utensils clean to comply with hygiene regulations. * Prepare, assemble desserts and/or other pastry and bakery products according to quality standards as per recipe. * Decorate products according to recipe and/or instructions. * Properly carry out waste collection procedures.
