We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our Human Resources team and contribute to our growth and improvement processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge in personnel recruitment. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. * Must reside in areas near Pueblo Libre. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate with the Human Resources Manager regarding required profiles. * Post job advertisements on employment portals and professional networks. * Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews. * Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare candidate reports. * Administer and follow up on psychometric tests. * Assist in administrative tasks within the HR department. * Participate in other functions related to the area.
