The purpose of this role is to provide technical product training to our entire network of main workshops, CES, and STA, as well as external clients, following specific guidelines and requirements established by each brand and manufacturer. You will analyze opportunities for improvement in product knowledge to contribute to after-sales development. **What you will do:** * Create model-specific materials for theoretical training. * Develop prototypes or modules for key components for practical training. * Design and deliver technical product training programs. * Manage training budgets. * Provide training on operation or technical delivery demonstrations. * Participate in automotive industry events. * Participate in new product testing. * Prepare reports and analysis of best operational practices. * Report on training results and progress. * Deliver warranty policy training to the network of main workshops, CES, and STA. * Visit / travel to the technical teams at main workshops, CES, and STA. **About you** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Completed technical education, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive sector. * Class AIIIC driver's license.
