At Ventas Lab, we are looking for an Automotive Mechanical Warranty Technician for an important company in the motorcycle spare parts sector. **What do we need from you?** * Technical or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields * Minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty, technical service, or after-sales areas for 2R and 3R motorcycles * EXPERIENCE in the motorcycle industry **What will you do in your role?** * Coordinate and follow up on technical warranty claims. * Analyze and validate parts reported as defective. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports for the quality department. * Provide technical support to workshops and distributors on warranty matters. * Work closely with the technical service and quality teams. * Lead the team responsible for analysis and management of accounts receivable. **Don't wait any longer, apply here!** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
