Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for the assembly and disassembly of metal structures, interpretation of blueprints, measurements, and use of tools in industrial maintenance. Opportunity for career progression and performance-based salary increases CALLAO BRANCH Main Responsibilities * Assemble and disassemble metal structures and industrial components. * Perform assembly, alignment, leveling, and fixation tasks for structures. * Interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. * Conduct measurements and verify dimensions, levels, and installation points. * Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment specific to the activity. * Install profiles, supports, platforms, railings, stairs, and other metal-mechanical components. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in Production Mechanics, Metal Construction, Welding, or related fields is desirable. **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 **year** of experience in metal-mechanical assembly, metal structures, or industrial maintenance. * Experience in mining or industrial sector projects is desirable. **BENEFITS:** \- Salary negotiable \- Career progression path \- Positive work environment \- Corporate insurance including SCTR \- Job stability \- Paid vacations \- Performance-based salary increases Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
