We are currently seeking **01 Social - Organizational Assistant** for our Guillermo Kaelin hospital complex. * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Social Work, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience or more in the field. * Experience managing subsidy recovery, medical leaves, and others. * Intermediate level of Office skills (desirable). * Availability to work in the district of Villa María del Triunfo. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive, register, control, and track medical leaves, enrollments, disenrollments of beneficiaries, and follow up on file submissions for subsidy management. * Monitor and follow up on validations with employees. * Conduct home and hospital visits as needed. * Ensure employees access their labor benefits under supervision, such as lactation room usage, breastfeeding hours, maternity, paternity, etc. * Provide daily support to employees in various cases (insurance inquiries, registrations, leave requests, work accidents, loans, etc.). * Implement corporate activities outlined in the Annual Social Welfare Plan. * Conduct periodic and as-needed visits to different company locations. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
