(desirable) * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one rotating rest day. * Availability to work rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. and/or 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Rotating) 12:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. and/or 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (Rotating) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Label bagged or boxed products. * Box finished products (snacks, empanadas, etc). * Bag finished products (breads, desserts). * Decorate desserts. * Prepare sandwiches. * Verify and report production control. * Inspect product prior to dispatch. * Rotate pastry supplies. * Assist in preparing different pastry work areas.
