* Must be properly uniformed. * Review the incident logbook from the previous shift. * Responsible for cleaning their assigned area. * Responsible for cleaning the Lobby, requesting assistance from cleaning personnel as many times as necessary. * In charge of receiving and distributing all documentation addressed to owners and the unit. * Supervision of the unit; check fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and hoses available in the building. * Assign special tasks to cleaning staff upon prior coordination with management. * Verify and supervise the work of external personnel. * Attend to residents and visitors. * Coordinate the entry of visitors (family members, guests, technicians, etc.). * Responsible for reminding payments for maintenance fees. * Coordinate with cleaning staff to assist owners. * Verify the work completed by cleaning staff during the day. * Check the proper functioning of lighting fixtures. * Fill out the incident logbook during the day. * Entry of vehicles not belonging to the building must be reported to the security desk by the resident authorizing them; such vehicles must be parked in the space of the owner who authorized their entry. * Anyone parking their vehicle in a garage stall that is not their property must show the corresponding authorization from the stall's owner, or the owner must verbally authorize it to the concierge. * Promptly report any equipment malfunctions to management. * Call management to report staff tardiness or absences during their shift. * Leave only after handing over the shift to the incoming receptionist, noting the departure time and the relief's arrival time. * The concierge position is a relay job, therefore under no circumstances should one leave before their relief arrives.
