Review and follow-up on first-level support incidents 7\. Management and control of system information changes 8\. System reports management 9\. Compliance with daily task Check-List 10\. Compliance with Data Center Check-List 11\. Store walkthroughs (technological equipment) 12\. Compliance and follow-up of auditable formats (systems area) 13\.
