Main Responsibilities * Record purchase invoices, sales invoices, and receipts in the accounting system. * Perform and follow up on **bank reconciliations**. * **Control and monitor accounts receivable and payable**, ensuring compliance with payment and collection deadlines. * Review accounting documents to verify they meet tax requirements. * Prepare accounting entries. * Maintain updated physical and digital filing of accounting documentation. * Assist in preparing tax declarations (IGV, income tax, withholdings, perceptions). * **Manage and carry out payment of withholdings at Banco de la Nación, ensuring timely recording.** * Collaborate in the preparation of financial and accounting reports. * **Manage employee registrations and deregistrations in T\-Registro, ensuring compliance with deadlines established by SUNAT.** * **Support personnel attendance tracking.** * Provide support during internal and external audits. Job Requirements * **Education:** * Graduate or final-year student of Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** * 1 year in similar positions (experience in payroll or accounting firms is desirable). * **Knowledge:** * Current accounting and tax regulations (SUNAT). * Proficiency in ERP Odoo (desirable). * Experience with T\-Registro and PLAME. * **Management of withholdings, perceptions, retentions, and accounts receivable/payable.** * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). * **Competencies:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and orderly handling of information. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Teamwork and willingness to learn.
