





Accounting Assistant REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor's degree in Accounting. · 2 years of verifiable experience in the services, construction, and/or mining sectors (desirable). · Proficiency in ERP accounting systems (Accounting, Cash and Banks, etc.) · Knowledge of tax legislation. · Knowledge and use of analysis and statistics tools. · Availability to work in the city of Arequipa. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Management of petty cash. · Review of expense reports and reimbursement requests. · Review of payment vouchers according to tax legislation. · Use of accounting software. · Recording of accounting information, expense reports, and company reimbursements. · Tracking of accounts payable to suppliers and employees, preparation of accounts payable. · Follow-up on account reconciliations, advances, pending reimbursements, and expense reports. · Tracking of approvals and signatures by authorized representatives. · Other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
