Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** Responsibilities: * Interact with the Global Discipline of associated channels (Branches/CRM) * Manage homologation of new equipment intended for use in Offices. Also, proof-of-concept testing for new architecture components. * Promote review and compliance with global standards per channel (Branches) * Participate in Branches projects. Likewise, manage channel obsolescence. * Propose and implement innovation projects for the benefit of the Office channel * Prepare recurring and special reports upon request to track various topics. * Participate in supporting and assisting project teams on matters within the scope of Channel Architecture. * Support training for Systems teams on the use of architecture components and Channel technologies. * Provide technical collaboration in projects sponsored by Channel Architecture. Requirements: * **Academic Background**: Professionals with degrees in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. * **Work Experience**: Previous experience in IT architecture roles, technical project management, channel support, or technological innovation areas. Experience in the financial or telecommunications sector may be an advantage, as these industries have a high dependency on physical and digital channels. * **Systems Architecture**: Experience in designing, implementing, and managing architectures for digital channels, especially in branch environments (Branches) or CRM. Must understand how different layers of a solution work (hardware, software, network). * **Hardware and Software**: Knowledge of equipment and systems used in offices (PCs, printers, networking devices, etc.). It is crucial to have experience in the **homologation** of new equipment, which involves assessing compatibility, security, and performance. Solid experience in Java, React, JavaScript, .Net, REST services, Distributed Security Protocols, HOST, HOST (Mainframe), DBMS, and Operating Systems is also required. * **Obsolescence Management**: Ability to identify and manage the lifecycle of technologies, proposing plans for migration or replacement of obsolete equipment. * **Information Systems**: Understanding of how different systems interact within an organization, including the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). * **Project Management**: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects from concept to implementation. This includes managing deadlines, resources, and risks. * **Innovation Management**: Ability to identify new technologies and propose innovative solutions that improve processes or channel experience.
