If you are a Falabella employee, check all available courses at Academia Falabella, which will help you continue advancing your development and prepare for your next adventure with us! **Job Mission:** To plan, monitor, and execute efficient, safe, and profitable transportation processes aligned with operational standards. **Job Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate transport routes according to demand, fleet availability, and operational standards. * Monitor route progress in real time, providing proactive support to optimize service. * Ensure departures, arrivals, and visit completions occur according to the established schedule. * Ensure compliance with operational protocols during visits and routes. * Analyze fleet performance indicators to propose improvements in efficiency and profitability. * Propose continuous improvement actions to optimize operations and enhance service quality. **Requirements:** Completed or near-completion of a Technical or University degree in Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Industrial, or related fields Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or operations Intermediate Excel and office software skills (mandatory, evaluation will be conducted) Experience coordinating with suppliers Availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday and Saturdays in hybrid mode Availability to work in Villa el Salvador from 12 PM to 9 PM **Offer Conditions:**
