At Cibergestión Perú, a BPO services company present in 7 countries and serving the main financial institutions, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of **Legal Assistant \- Mortgage Management** **Key Responsibilities:** * Review documents established by each client's internal regulations to proceed with the process and issue the mortgage release deed. * Prepare mortgage release deeds according to the type of clause requested by each bank, ensuring compliance with the corresponding review of requirements and guidelines established. * Send instructions to the release inbox to proceed with the guarantee release process in the bank's system. * Draft mortgage contracts, additional clauses to purchase and sale agreements, and mortgage contracts, meeting established timelines for each activity and stage according to the product line, while tracking all internal and external parties involved in the process. * Manage the acquisition of required documentation for each stage of the process according to the bank's policies, ensuring its proper use and safeguarding its protection. * Assist or support title study activities upon request from your supervisor or coordinator. * Accurately update and store applicable SIG records related to your process. **Requirements:** * Graduate of Law program. * Knowledge of Notarial and Registry procedures. * 6 months of prior experience in similar roles. **We Offer:** Full legal payroll benefits Fully remote health insurance (EPS) coverage for the employee Hybrid work arrangement If you believe you meet the profile, what are you waiting for?
