Importing and trading company with a solid presence in the Peruvian market. We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in imports. Requirements: Technical or university studies in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting roles, such as accounting assistant or accounting aide. Reside in areas adjacent to the San Miguel district. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Proven experience in similar positions, especially in accounting records and import operations. Skills: proactivity, analytical thinking, organizational and planning ability, attention to detail, responsibility, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. Operation of billing software; issuance of payment receipts based on customer purchase orders; verification of customer payment vouchers; access to bank accounts to verify incoming payments prior to issuing collection receipts. Daily reporting of income by payment method and monthly summary. Issuance of Waybills, recording of accounting entries. Collaboration with the finance department to prepare the monthly managerial profit and loss report, where your contribution includes providing import revenue data and transferring relevant information from your area so that finance can prepare the cash flow statement. And other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
