- Provide customer-focused service. Interact in a kind and empathetic manner, showing interest, resolving questions, processing orders in the shortest possible time, and being polite in every situation. - Open and close shifts, with a detailed record of transactions, documentation support, and explanation of discrepancies if any occur. - Consistently follow general service procedures. - Punctuality according to schedule and instructions from the direct supervisor or store manager as applicable. - Maintain appropriate personal appearance and hygiene within the facilities and during work shifts. - Control inventory, handling, restocking, and product loss for items assigned to their station. - Comply with safety regulations and emergency response protocols.
