Minimum experience of 02 years. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Cash handling, customer service, providing a pleasant reception to customers, attending to them during their stay and waiting time; before, during, and/or after service. \- Execution of assigned tasks from the strategic management plan. \- Promote services, products, and discounts at the salon and on social media. \- Ensure excellent customer service across all beauty treatments, staff performance, and that facilities comply with high-quality standards. \- Organize specialists' schedules in coordination with management, taking into account peak hours and seasonal variations. \- Implement hygiene practices in all beauty stations and salon areas.
