**Grupo Star,** a chain of **Cinestar and Movietime cinemas**, is looking for young professionals with a proactive attitude and commitment to fill the position of **CINEMA SUPERVISOR** at our location in **SAN JUAN DE MIRAFLORES** ***Location: Avenida Los Héroes 240 – San Juan de Miraflores*** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- 6 months to 1 year of experience in entertainment, retail, or mass consumer companies. \- Graduate of a technical program in Administration or related field, completed or in progress. \- Intermediate Excel skills. \- Experience managing personnel. \- Candidates must reside in nearby areas and be available to work closing shifts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Responsible for supervising store operations and staff management. \- Warehouse supervision (inventory tracking). \- Handle revenue transfers. \- Manage petty cash. \- Perform cashier settlements and vault audits. \- Provide customer service. \- Implement processes according to company policies. \- Prepare and submit administrative reports to Management. \- Maintain proper control over cinema staffing matters: employee records. \- Verify optimal operation of cinema equipment and software. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** \- Monday to Sunday (one day off), from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. \- Fixed salary S/.1500 \- Employment contract under Mype payroll \- Career advancement opportunities Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Application questions: * Leave us a phone number so we can contact you. * In which district do you currently reside? * Have you previously worked in the required position or a similar role?
