**Grupo Star,** a chain of **Cinestar and Movietime cinemas**, is looking for young professionals with a proactive attitude and commitment to fill the position of **CINEMA SUPERVISOR** at our **SAN ISIDRO** location. ***Location: Calle Palmeras 343, Urb. Orrantia, San Isidro*** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- 06 months or 1 year of experience in entertainment, retail, mass consumption, or banking companies. \- Graduate of a technical program in Administration or related field, completed or in progress. \- Intermediate level Excel skills. \- Experience managing personnel. \- Candidates must reside in areas near SAN ISIDRO and be available to work closing shifts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Oversee local operations and staff management. \- Warehouse supervision (kardex management). \- Handle income remittances. \- Manage petty cash. \- Conduct cashier settlements and vault audits. \- Provide customer service. \- Implement processes according to company policies. \- Prepare and submit administrative reports to Management. \- Maintain proper control over cinema staffing matters: employee records. \- Verify optimal operation of cinema equipment and software. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** \- Monday to Sunday (one day off) from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. \- Fixed Salary S/.1500 \- Employment contract under Mype payroll \- Career advancement opportunities Job type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Application questions: * Please leave a phone number so we can contact you. * In which district do you currently reside? * Have you previously worked in the required position or a similar role?
