Task: Operate and control CNC machines (lathe, milling machine, machining center, among others) for the manufacturing of precision metal or plastic parts, ensuring quality, compliance with technical specifications, and efficiency in the production process. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Production Mechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, Tooling or related fields. * 1 year of experience operating CNC machines. * Basic programming of CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens or others). * Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Handling precision measuring instruments. * Machining of metals and plastics. * Industrial safety standards. * Knowledge of BOBCAD\-CAM software. **Functions:** * Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and work orders. * Prepare and set up the CNC machine according to received programs and specifications. * Perform loading, alignment, and securing of parts on the CNC equipment. * Execute machining operations such as cutting, turning, milling, or drilling of parts. * Monitor the machining process and adjust parameters when necessary. * Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.) to verify dimensions and tolerances. * Carry out basic preventive maintenance on assigned machines. * Report failures, deviations, or anomalies to the immediate supervisor. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and on the machine used. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and use of PPE. * Record times, materials used, and produced parts in established formats. * Collaborate with programming and quality departments for process improvement. * Meet quality and precision standards for produced parts. * Ensure proper functioning and care of the CNC machine. * Respect safety measures and correct use of PPE. * Meet established production targets. * Promptly report any process deviations. * Perform bench work if needed. **Benefits:** * Market‐competitive remuneration. * Payroll inclusion with full legal benefits (General Regime). * Profit sharing (Utilidades). * Corporate discounts. * Be part of a growing company. * Opportunity for career development.
