Semada Tech, a company specialized in IT solutions for various sectors, is looking for a **Senior UX/UI Designer** to join a prominent operation within one of the country's most relevant corporations. Functions: * Implement digital banking experience strategies. * Design information architecture for complex financial ecosystems. * Create complete design systems and define product visual identity. * Align digital experience with business objectives. * Establish brand standards and innovative interaction patterns. * Manage complex UX projects and provide creative leadership in restrictive environments. * Handle strategic UX with clients, usability testing, and heuristic analysis. * Design user flows for digital banking products (online banking, mobile apps). * Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for financial features (transfers, loans, etc.). * Provide mentoring to designers and collaborate closely with development, risk, and compliance teams. * Ensure accessibility (WCAG AA) and compliance with local regulations (PCI DSS, open banking). Requirements: * Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design. * Minimum of at least 3 years in the financial sector. * Portfolio showcasing complete digital transformations in banking. * Proficiency in advanced design tools (Figma, Sketch) and creation of libraries and systems. * Technical knowledge of implementation and integration with development. * Experience in Service Design, DesignOps, and UX/UI leadership. * Mastery of financial experience metrics (CES, NPS). * Design for conversational AI, biometric experiences, and regulated products. * Familiarity with banking regulations and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA, PCI DSS).
