**Job Description** At Piel Bella, a specialized center in female aesthetics and wellness, we are looking for an empathetic, organized receptionist with a passion for service who wishes to join a team committed to providing a warm and professional experience to every client. Your main responsibility will be welcoming and guiding clients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring impeccable service from the very first contact. **Main Responsibilities** **Customer Service and Administrative Support** * Provide in-person and telephone assistance to clients. * Offer clear information about treatments, promotions, and services. * Manage the appointment schedule and keep the database updated. * Assist with basic administrative tasks (payment records, attendance tracking, file follow-ups). **Commercial Functions** * Recommend additional services or treatments based on client needs. * Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and client retention. **Cash Handling and Register Management** * Record payments and issue receipts (invoices). * Monitor daily income and expenses, reporting to the accounting department. **Customer Experience** * Ensure friendly, organized, and professional service. * Confirm appointments, send reminders, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. **Requirements** * Technical studies in Administration, Customer Service, Aesthetics, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferably in aesthetic centers, spas, or clinics). * Knowledge of scheduling and customer service. * Excellent communication skills and good personal presentation. **Work Schedule** * Morning shift: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Evening shift: 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Both shifts include 8 working hours and 1-hour break) * Day off: Sunday. **We Offer** * Salary: S/ 1,200 per month. * Excellent work environment. * Training in customer service and aesthetics. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
