Huachipa – Lotización Industrial Bryson Hills. **Job Description** * Coordinate and execute the consolidation of payroll information (attendance control, overtime, bonuses, awards, etc.) for timely payment of employees. * Supervise and manage HR administrative matters (documentary control, contracts, personnel registration, etc.). * Carry out subsidy procedures. * Handle labor inspection processes. * Establish labor policies and internal procedures to ensure proper employee relations. * Lead HR transformation and change management projects. * Present periodic reports on management results. **Requirements** * Academic background: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or related fields. * Knowledge in Human Resources Management. * Knowledge of MYPE regime payroll. * Proficiency in office software (intermediate level). * Minimum of 01 year of experience in similar positions. * **Reside in areas near Huachipa** (Santa Clara, Ate, Chaclacayo, Santa Anita, San Juan de Lurigancho, El Agustino, etc.). * Availability to work on-site at our offices in **Otr.
