We are a construction company currently seeking an **INTERIOR DESIGN ASSISTANT AND/OR INTERIOR ARCHITECT**, for field and technical office work, who must meet the following profile: **Minimum proven experience of 1 year in the following areas**: Retail, Banks, Shopping Centers, Clinics, Real Estate Agencies, Municipal Procedures. **Requirements:** * Technical Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and/or University Bachelor's degree in Architecture * 1 year of experience in related roles * Leadership skills are essential * Experience managing Municipal Procedures (indeci, licensing) * Availability for flexible working hours: Essential requirement * Effective communication at all levels * Responsible, proactive, and analytical * Ability to organize, plan, supervise, and verify all activities * Willingness to work nationwide * Ability to work different shifts and variable schedules * Must reside in the southern area (essential) **Main Responsibilities:** * Design in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, render with V\-RAY, 3D Max, and design software * Interpret blueprints and carry out interior designs * Solid knowledge of materials and finishes * Validate proposed materials and finishes according to client specifications and standards * Quality control, project production, and technical regulations * Verify the quality of materials used and the actual execution of the work * Address observations and propose technical and aesthetic solutions * Review measurements, costs, and progress reports * Report on any abnormalities observed during project development, especially those related to scope, time, quality, and safety non-compliance * Prepare weekly or biweekly progress reports as required * Supervise work regarding scope, time, quality, and safety * Coordinate overall with contractors and subcontractors assigned to ensure proper and accurate construction * Inspect, accept, or reject work performed by contractors * Execute, review, and control valuations according to the approved budget **Additional Knowledge in:** * Architectural software packages * Computer skills for database management Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
