JP LOGISTICA, a logistics operator with over 30 years in the market operating at various locations nationwide, is seeking to hire a professional for the position of Financial Analyst who meets the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate in Economics, Accounting and Finance or related fields \- Specialization or Master's degree in Finance. (Preferred) \- Experience in logistics and/or transportation companies. (Desirable) \- Proven advanced-level business Excel skills. (Essential) \- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing different organizational areas: Operations, HR, Logistics, Billing, Maintenance, Safety or related departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. \- Propose standards, policies, and procedures to improve the operation of Administration, Accounting, and Finance departments. 2\. \- Prepare and supervise actual and projected cash flow statements. 3\. \- Develop budgets (annual and investment) and cost reports. 4\. \- Experience in evaluating investment projects. 5\. \- Monitor bank obligations, payment schedules, and compliance. 6\. \- Responsible for corporate insurance policies, including applications, renewals, and tracking expiration dates. 7\. \- Responsible for surety bonds, including requests, renewals, and monitoring expiration dates. 8\. \- Efficiently manage and safeguard the company’s financial assets. 9\. \- Liaise with external clients such as banks, suppliers, landlords, and AFPs (regarding overpayments). 10\. \- Approve petty cash funds for different business units. 11\. Renewal and management of specific terms and conditions of contracted insurance policies. 12\. Conduct daily cash audits. 13\. Manage payment scheduling for suppliers, third parties, banks, promissory notes, and insurance. 14\. Maintain harmonious supplier accounts payable relationships, ensuring trust is preserved.
