Responsibilities of the Multifunctional Cashier Greet customers with a smile, know and recommend the menu (coffees, pastries, and products) to guide them in their choices. Cash Management: Process transactions quickly and accurately (cash, cards, etc.), perform daily cash reconciliation and closing with complete honesty. Operational Support: Keep the counter area, dining room, restrooms, and storage areas clean and organized. Actively assist in order dispatch to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities of the Barista (Coffee Expert) Excellence in Preparation: Master extraction techniques to consistently prepare espresso and all coffee-based beverages (espresso and manual methods) according to Puku Puku's quality standards. Knowledge and Quality: Be an expert in the Peruvian specialty coffee we offer, maintaining the bar equipment clean, calibrated, and in optimal working condition.
