Under this culture, we are a company dedicated to IT Services and we seek individuals with strong learning ability, creativity, problem-solving skills, and a service vocation to become part of our team as **"IT Operator"**. **Requirements:** \- Professional in Engineering, Systems, Computing, Networks and Communications, and/or Software. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Financial, Retail, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, or Technology Services sectors. \- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (desirable). **Responsibilities:** \- Define and establish monitoring scenarios according to business needs. \- Document all existing and future monitoring processes for the bank based on ITIL best practices. \- Identify and ensure the implementation of improvement opportunities in IT monitoring. \- Assess the feasibility of monitors considering existing architectures. \- Conduct coordination meetings to identify the integration of monitoring activities identified as improvement opportunities. \- Deliver presentations and reports to business leaders. \- Provide support for company and third-party tools. \- Develop reporting extracted from APMs to diagnose issues on client platforms and provide recommendations for resolution. \- Generate assigned monitoring reports according to the scope of service committed to the client. \- Maintain communication and management of operational continuity activities. \- Monitor, control, coordinate, and manage monitoring operations. \- Review and communicate major service outages or incidents. \- Design and define transactional, infrastructure, and user experience monitoring dashboards. **Schedule:** \- Rotating schedule, Monday through Friday. **Work Mode:** \- Hybrid.
