**OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate and registered professional in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical, Electromechanical or related fields. * Knowledge in operation and maintenance (both) of power lines and substations (60/220kV). (Essential) · Minimum of 4 years of experience (3 years or more may be considered) · Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising high-voltage projects (desirable) * Knowledge in power systems and maintenance management. (essential) * Knowledge and interpretation of electrical parameters in high-voltage equipment testing. (essential) · Knowledge in control and protection of high-voltage systems. (essential) · Ability to read functional, schematic, and single-line diagrams. (essential) * Availability to work 100% on-site in Lambayeque, with field travel as scheduled. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure the well-being of all personnel under supervision, guaranteeing compliance with safety, ethical, and environmental policies. **Correctly interpret various engineering drawings for control, protection, and telecommunications.** * Analyze electrical test results on yard equipment, including inductors, relays, RTUs, battery banks, and rectifiers. **Create historical records and technical reports in Power BI for data analysis.** * Schedule annual, semi-annual, weekly, and daily plans on the COES platform. * Monitor system operation activities and scheduled maintenance. * Prepare requests, TDRs, and TDTs for service or supply procurement according to internal standards. * Record and manage maintenance activities in SAP and ADDON software. * Supervise preventive, corrective, and major maintenance activities at substations and transmission lines. * Control costs, timelines, and resources associated with each maintenance activity. * Evaluate performance of assigned technical staff and ensure achievement of operational indicators. * Maintain updated inventory of critical spare parts and technical drawings in AutoCAD and Smallworld. * Prepare technical reports, submissions to COES and OSINERGMIN according to current regulations. * Monitor loads on autotransformers, busbars, lines, and cells to prevent system overloads. * Supervise third-party services and promote continuous improvement initiatives. * Coordinate operations and activities with distribution departments, call center, and free customers. * Report incidents, outages, failures, or disturbances in real-time following established procedures. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper use of resources, materials, and equipment. * Support inspections and scheduled maintenance in other concession areas. * Perform additional duties assigned by immediate supervisors. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary based on profile. * Food card worth S/ 150. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training.
