Opportunities for professional growth and development We are looking for an **Operational Tracking Assistant** to support the control and monitoring of processes related to mortgage products, ensuring adherence to established timelines and accurate information updates. What will be your main responsibilities? * Perform daily tracking of assigned cases. * Update databases, reports, and operational controls. * Validate and consolidate information received from notaries and internal departments. * Coordinate with internal clients and suppliers to ensure process progress. * Manage tracking of observations until closure. * Promptly report any incidents that may affect case handling. What are we looking for? * Currently pursuing, incomplete, or completed technical studies in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in administrative functions, operational tracking, or process control (desirable but not mandatory). * Basic or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode.
