The job functions are as follows: * Must arrive to work punctually * Must wear the uniform properly and clean * Will courteously greet residents and visitors of the building •Must work according to the Cleaning Check List and the building maintenance schedule. * If unable to perform any task established in the Check List or maintenance schedule, must promptly inform the building's concierge in charge. * Will coordinate with the concierge any special tasks that arise * May temporarily assist residents only with the receptionist's authorization on very specific occasions * Must take a 45-minute break at the scheduled time indicated in the Check List at 12:00 PM. * Must replace the concierge during their break from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM * Must promptly report supply shortages to management, placing orders for the full month using a charged purchase note. * Must keep a detailed record of cleaning supply usage in a notebook. * Must use cleaning supplies appropriately, following the supplier's recommendations. * Must water the gardens on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons; planters must be watered twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) * Must clean the access ramp daily. * Must mop the basements at least once every fifteen days. * Must inform the concierge of the area within the building where they are working.
