On behalf of our client, an important financial sector organization, we are looking for a professional with the following profile: Position Mission: Support the growth of the portfolio and the evolution of the bank's business model through the analysis of its credit risk results, generating recommendations focused on optimizing risk and profitability, as well as ensuring timely and clear communication of these recommendations, aiming to keep the bank's portfolio within the defined risk appetite. ### **Functions** * Analyze and communicate in a timely and clear manner the results of the portfolio and monthly originations (disbursements and characteristics). * Propose measures to optimize the risk level of the bank's originations, supported by data analysis and business knowledge. * Develop and manage early warning systems using data analytics techniques. * Design and implement monitoring frameworks with a focus on risk and profitability to optimize portfolio performance. * Monitor strategic projects, pilots, and policy changes, ensuring alignment with the institution's risk appetite. ### **Requirements** * Knowledge of regulatory topics, finance, data analytics, and model management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Python. * 3 to 4 years of experience in banking, specifically in credit risk, finance, or portfolio monitoring areas. * Academic background in Systems Engineering, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
