Surely you don't want to miss out! **POS-PIN PAD Monitoring and Maintenance Analyst**! **Responsibilities and attributions** **Functions:** * Review and handle all first-line incidents for all POS and PIN PAD devices in the channel (verification, analysis, and resolution of incidents) * Input: ESQ system, calls, emails, Hangout, WhatsApp line * The monitor will perform necessary dismissals and be able to identify, handle, and/or escalate an incident * The monitor validates information, promotions, campaigns, and updates on monitored devices. * Blocking and unblocking of checker (security tool provided by the Bank) * Support with deployments or mass requests – billing is evaluated depending on the type of requirement * Sending journals upon request * Validation of errors in the journal for POS-PIN PAD recovery * Support in online resolution for incidents caused by incorrect operation from Offices. * Detect incidents from TRX Dispensers 24x7 (via SSTOB-Esq) (Note that the system only detects hardware errors). * Manual ticket creation * Escalation of incidents not resolved by the analyst (monitor). * Viewing alerts in JAMNM **Requirements and qualifications** Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience * Knowledge of ITIL * Graduates from Support or Computer Science programs Are you looking for a place where your ideas can shine?
