Detailed Functions: Planning and Curriculum * Develop **technical-expressive sessions** (conditioning, technique, repertoire, composition, appreciation) aligned with CNEB, PEI, PCI, and MAP, incorporating **UDL**. * Integrate **Peruvian dances** and intercultural repertoires; coordinate with Art and Citizenship subjects. Teaching and Learning * Conduct classes focusing on **technique, musicality, creativity**, and teamwork. * Prepare **performances and presentations** (anniversaries, festivals, closing ceremonies) and coordinate costumes/scenography. Assessment and Feedback * Apply **rubrics** (discipline, technique, musicality, creativity, teamwork) and **audiovisual portfolio**. * Provide formative feedback and set improvement goals. Classroom Management and Tutoring * Teach **warm-up routines, postural hygiene, injury prevention**, and healthy habits. * Ensure proper **space and material conditions** (floors, bars, sound systems) and a positive classroom environment. Family-School Engagement * Involve families in **performances** and cultural activities; communicate progress and commitments. * Share process evidence responsibly. Institutional Collaboration * Participate in **artistic events**, festivals, and cultural identity projects; collaborate with other departments on interdisciplinary productions. Essential Requirements * Degree in **Dance/Performing Arts** or Artistic Education (degree/diploma/licensure). * **2+ years** of teaching experience (schools, workshops, academies). * Basic skills in **audio/video editing** and evidence platforms. * Knowledge of **MINEDU** regulations and school coexistence policies. Desirable Qualifications * Experience in **choreography** and **stage direction**. * Certifications in **functional training** or **body expression**; first aid certification (preferred).
