Requirements: * Graduate or undergraduate student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Engineering, Social Work, Law or related fields. * Basic knowledge or prior experience (minimum 6 months) in organizational climate and culture management, and job profile development. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and subsidy processes. * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Intermediate/Advanced Excel) and integrated information systems (ERP). * Effective communication skills, both oral and written. * Ability to work in a team and adaptability to manage diverse projects. * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations. Functions: * Support the implementation and monitoring of organizational climate and culture programs. * Collaborate in the creation and updating of job profiles, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. * Assist in managing procedures and processes related to labor subsidies. * Support in personnel file administration and recruitment and selection processes. * Participate in updating internal guidelines and policies. * Support in training staff on labor policies and regulations. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
